The final day of the ICC meeting in Samoa, the Minister of the Police and the Attorney General held a banquet for all the attendees. The food was fantastic: an authentic Samoan barbeque. The entertainment featured a local youth group performing native songs and dances. But the "highlight", in addition to the comraderie of good friends, was the power failure that brought out the stars in their finest glory!
