Ashley is spending the spring of her junior year studying at the Frei University in Berlin. But her semester doesn't start until April, leaving a bit of time to tour Europe and engage in a different type of study. During Temple's spring semester, Amy joined Ashley in Frankfurt for a week's trip through Bavaria. Though the original itinerary that Ashley so carefully planned called for a trip down through Munich to Salzburg, the weather did not cooperate: southern Germany had some of the worst weather, with feet of snow shutting down the autobahn. So Amy and Ashley, ever adaptable, spent the week exploring the smaller towns in Bavaria. Covered in snow (it snowed every day), they were a winter wonderland!
